Access Coweta respects the privacy of visitors to Access Coweta. • Registration of a business in Access Coweta's Business Directory
• Bulletin Board posts

The information collected when a user registers includes:

• The user's e-mail address (account id)
• The user's password (to be used when logging into the site)

This transaction information is retained in a database, not on a website.
We automatically collect and store:

• The name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet
• The Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using
• The browser software you use and your operating system
• The date and time you access our site
• The Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our sites

We use this information only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to different sections of our site, to ensure the sites are working properly, and to help us make our sites more useful. We do not use it to track or record information about individuals.

Terms of Use
Access Coweta reserves the right to reject and/or delete any posts to the website (Bulletin Boards, Calendar of Events, Business Directory, posts to the Vent or School Talk, et cetera), as deemed necessary based on content or organizational changes. Visitors shall not post or distribute any material that is knowingly false, defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, libelous, sexually explicit, invasive of a person's privacy, or that otherwise violates any laws or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense.

Access Coweta is not responsible for, and cannot guarantee the performance of goods or services provided by those who post such items on the website or items on sites to which we provide links. A post Access Coweta and/or link from Access Coweta to an outside website does not constitute an endorsement of that site or the products/services offered.

We reserve the right to edit, reclassify, revise, or cancel any post at any time, including but not limited to, during organizational changes to the website. We also reserve the right to revoke site use privileges of anyone who does not abide by the policies set forth in this agreement.

Access Coweta is a public venue. You agree that your use of Access Coweta is at your sole risk. Because of the number of possible sources of information available through the site, and the inherent hazards and uncertainties of electronic distribution, there may be delays, omissions, inaccuracies or other problems with such information. If you rely on Access Coweta or any materials available through the site, you do so at your own risk. You understand that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from any material and/or data downloaded form or otherwise provided through Access Coweta. Access Coweta can be not be held responsible for Internet/email scams resulting from use of this website.
