Re Church vs Bars
I have encountered more drama in church than when I was a heathen and ran the local watering holes. At least people would tell you what they thought of you to your face, instead of gossiping behind your back. Maybe I’ll have a church Xmas party and spike the punch. Then we can get it all out in the open and be over it! |

First, it’s not a debate board. Vents are supposed to be random and not responses to previous vents. So I broke that rule. As for emergency rooms: your premise that having insurance immediately gives you a better chance of survival is wrong. When I last went, they wouldn’t even look at my insurance before giving treatment to avoid perceived ”favoritism” and influence. |

Bad Economy
Every administration inherits the previous administrations problems...not just the Obama admin. I don’t blame Obama for the previous pitfalls in the ecomony. However, I DO blame him for adding and increasing it. The man is a spendaholic and you people are nuts if you want him back in for another term. Besides, our country will be obliterated by the time reelection rolls around. |

Can anyone talk about the evident mess that the Coweta County library system is in? Who is this Osborne-Harris and why isn’t she working with all the libraries for a better system? Someone tell me what the heck is going on? |

My neighbors wave at me, except the guy that complains about noisy kids, your dog gets out of the fence, keeps his radio on high in the garage so i cant sleep, calls animal control all the time, they are tired of him too. When we see him as he drives out of our neighborhood wishing he would move!! |

Perhaps folks with insurance have a better survival rate because people who tend to make better lifestyle choices, have a healthier diet, etc. do so because they are better educated or more self-aware. These attributes may afford them a better job with insurance benefits. Maybe their chance if survival is higher because of their initial health conditions and having insurance is a coincidence of their character. |

Good point, so if we are all gonna die, lets spend all of our money. However if we don’t all die, lets spend it here at home and not Iraq, Afghanistan and other places. Bush is th biggest failure to hold that position. In fact if his polls showed he was so disliked, where were you ”I love you Bush” guys then? Why can’t this Obama guy make the critical decisions? He’s too wrapped up in driving us to hell in a handbasket and he can’t even make a decision for troops in Afganistan. The requests have been lying on his desk since August but he’s too busy in Asia. Stay at home Obama and take care of Americans for a change. |
